   1 The apkbuilder command line tool is deprecated, and is not maintained anymore.
   2 It is lacking recent build improvements such as support for Library Projects.

   4 Its source code has been moved into sdklib.
   5 It is recommended to directly use the com.android.sdklib.build.ApkBuilder class instead.
