   3 q      : Leave the online help system.
   4 ?      : Get help for the online help (this file).
   5 Esc    : Return to the previous help file, or leave the online help.
   6 Space  : Advance one page (wraps to the start at the end of the file).
   7 Return : Advance one line (wraps to the start at the end of the file).
   8 (-)    : Back-up half a page.
   9 (#)    : Jump to a specific line (defaults to line zero).
  10 (%)    : Jump to a specific file (defaults to "help.hlp").
  11 (=)    : Highlight lines containing a string (case sensitive).
  12 (/)    : Search for a string (use '/' + Return to continue a search).
  13          (Use '#' + '0' + Return + '/' + Return to restart a search.)
  14 (|)    : Save the current document to a file.
  15 [0..9] [a..p] [r..z] [A..Z] : Press the indicated number to activate a link.
