 288 manage pulldown menus and to implement keyboard traversal of menus.
 289 In Tk 4.0 and later releases they are no
 290 longer needed.  Stubs for these procedures have been retained for
 291 backward compatibility, but they have no effect.  You should remove
 292 calls to these procedures from your code, since eventually the
 293 procedures will go away.

 296 normal \fBmenu\fR and then attach it to the \fBtoplevel\fR of your
