Remove synonymous in PowerPC MSR bits definitions.
Fix MSR EP bit buggy definition.
Remove unuseful MSR flags.
Fix MSR bits and flags definitions for most supported PowerPC implementations.
Add MSR definitions/flags constistency checks and optional dump.
