* Added some better debugging to FBO errors
* Fix weird explosion in TestWalkingChar
* Added additional "canvas torture methods" in TestCanvas
* Several fixes to canvas:
- Issue when size becomes 0, 0
- Freeze if no framerate limit is imposed and canvas is closed
