Now that our compiler wrapper is up to it, we can now use TARGET_CC

Now that our compiler wrapper is up to it, we can now use TARGET_CC
to compile ldso, simplifying the process of passing in special CFLAGS
and such (and simplifying the build in general since we no longer
need to go directly to LD to link things).
