[Refactor] take_hit() と project() の未使用引数 monspell を削除

[Refactor] take_hit() と project() の未使用引数 monspell を削除

この引数はかつて青魔法のラーニング判定で使用されていたが、
ラーニング関連のコードの書き直しによって使われなくなった。
ラーニングできないダメージ源の時に -1 を与える必要があり、
そこら中の take_hit() や project() で -1 が引数として渡されていて
コードが見苦しいのでこの際削除してしまう。
