MIPS: math-emu: Avoid an assignment within if statement condition

MIPS: math-emu: Avoid an assignment within if statement condition

Move invocation of fpu_emu() to be out of if statement condition.

This makes code easier to follow and debug, and fixes a checkpatch
warning.
