Except for the apotoxin kobold, modified the English descriptions for the second tier of elemental kobolds to emphasize something about the physical appearance and not adhere strictly to the content of the Japanese description.  That approach doesn't work well for the apotoxin kobold since there's no particular rationale to link the effects of its poison to the appearance of the creature.
