scsi: lpfc: remove NULL check before some freeing functions

scsi: lpfc: remove NULL check before some freeing functions

As dma_pool_destroy and mempool_destroy functions has NULL check. We may
not need NULL check before calling them.

Fix below warnings reported by coccicheck
