* util.tcl (keep_raised): For some reason raising a window, then
deiconifying it is MUCH faster on "e" & WindowMaker under XFree.
Go figure.  Other WM's don't seem to care, so do it this way...
* managedwin.itb (ManagedWin::reveal): Ditto...
