Remove provisional types from common audio definitions

The following types are not used in HAL and being removed:
 - AudioContentType;
 - AudioUsage;
 - AudioFlagsMask;
 - AudioAttributes.

This is in order to reduce synchronization burden and also
allow extending framework without updating HAL.
