* configure: Regen.
* configure.in: Check for cross AR using the
AC_CHECK_TOOL macro to fix cross compile. Use
AC_CHECK_TOOL instead of AC_PROG_RANLIB for
ranlib. The ranlib change is not required
but it is more correct. Move the call to
AC_CANONICAL_HOST up in the file.
