appModules.iTunes.ITunesItem next and previous properties:  if there doesn't seem to be a next or previous, try instead resorting to moving by the IAccessibleChildID if its greater than 0. This change allows object navigation to work in iTunes treeviews and lists etc -- accNavigate has not been implemented here for some reason.
