* ppcnbsd-tdep.c: Update copyright.  Include "tramp-frame.h" and
"trad-frame.h".
(ppcnbsd_sigtramp_cache_init, ppcnbsd_sigtramp): Implement a NetBSD
signal trampoline unwinder.
(ppcnbsd_init_abi): Register ppcnbsd_sigtramp.
