クエスト "湖の洞窟" を削除. セーブデータバージョンを1.7.0.6に上げた.

クエスト遂行中の場合は湖の洞窟はイークの洞穴 (lite_townならば鉄獄) の
1階にいることになる. クエスト "湖の洞窟" が達成済みの場合には最初から
存在しなかったことにして扱う.
