Add initial support for phyBOARD-Pollux-i.MX8MP.
Supported basic features:
* eMMC
* i2c EEPROM
* i2c RTC
* i2c LED
* PMIC
* debug UART
* SD card
* 1Gbit Ethernet (fec)
