Whoo big step forward, actually apply driver/driven params correctly, there is a whole world of intopolation crazyness here that i was just not looking at
TODO this is screwed up some morphs and forced them to the minimum value, in particular arms and legs, not yet sure why

* Remove the sepecial position cases in the main avatar render function by offsetting the hair,eyes and eyelashes to the correct bind pose positions when first loading the meshes
* Associate all extra meshes with appropriate bones so skinning works with that mesh
* Fix a bug applying duplicate parameters IDs it was applying the parent one multiple times and not applying the child ones at all

Correctly apply multiple morphs with same id (on different meshes), correct bone scaling with multiple parameters scaling same bone, and always scale by parent not current bone or the positions go wonky

Rendering - In texture retrieval, deal with exceptions inside the callback (otherwise we'd need to wait 30 seconds). Added more context sensitive menu's (from plugins) to 3D view. Skip over previously added keys in VisualParams to avoid building stack traces.

Force multiple sims for non Second Life girds.
OpenSim uses message meant to connect neighboring sims (EnableSimulator) to connect the new main sim during teleport. Force multiple sims to on if we are not on Second Life grid.

Simplify calculation to the closest point on the bounding box.
Use more precise distance measurement to the bounding box when deciding if the prim should be drawn.
Should fix display of megaprims whose centers are outside the draw distance sphere.

Made the disposal of the scene viewer idempotent.
Destroying of OpenGL context now done on their respective threads (in hope it will help prevent CPU pegging that sometimes happen on control shutdown).
