zh_CN: updated symbols.dic and characterDescriptions.dic.

Fix for #1986 (VBufRemote_nodeHandle_t must be 64 bit). This handle is now an unsigned hyper (unsigned long long). But to compile with current optimizations  all the VBufRemote methods that returned this handle had to be rewritten to  provide the resulting handle via a final out parameter. These methods now return non-zero for success.

Chinese simplified pinyin input method's candidate list: also support space as a page change command.

Fixes for candidate list support in Chinese Simplified Pinyin input method under Windows 7:
* Don't allow arrowing up and down to the next/previous buttons, only the candidates themselves.
* Automatically report candidates each time the page changes such as with left and right arrows, and also when first opening with Home.

Patch from Timothy Lee that allows supporting of the  reading string for TSF input methods on XP if the TIP file supports the GetReadingString API. Specifically this allows Easy Dots IME to function better under XP.

English User Guide: Fix weird syntax in section 3.1.

Add Danish grade 2 braille table.

IAccessibleHandler.accessibleChildren: Filter out NULL pointers returned by AccessibleChidlren, as this results in an unexpected item which causes an exception in the IAccessible NVDAObject's children property.
Returning a NULL pointer as one of the children is a bug in the server, but we shouldn't choke on it even so.

gecko vbuf backend: Never treat non-editable documents and iframes as interactive, even if they're clickable.

In browse mode in Mozilla applications, updates to tables are now rendered correctly. For example, in updated cells, row and column coordinates are reported and table navigation works as it should.

When activating long descriptions in MSHTML browse mode documents, use window.open rather than document.open. This is more correct and allows long descriptions on internet zone web pages to be opened. However, this does break long descriptions on intranet zones I think. Though the former case is by far more common. Fixes #2799

gecko_ia2 vbuf: Don't bother fetching accDefaultAction or handling click separately, as accDefaultAction will always be exposed by IAccessibleAction.

gecko_ia2 vbuf backend: The temporary stringstream needs to be cleared *after* it is used, not before.
Fixes broken table navigation in some cases and perhaps other problems which occurred after the longdesc commit.
