Update installer documentation.

Embed MS runtimes installer to our InnoSetup installer. This should solve
most installing problems users have had with our previous method of
installing all runtime files and manifest files one by one.

Installer: Fix couple of script syntax errors.

These were found after updating InnoSetup to latest version.

ShellExtension: Add 64-bit targets to project file.

Fix PreLink.bat to copy PCRE library from new build folder.

Remove custom CMake build steps from PCRE build.

Remove PCRE solution file.

Visual Studio is too smart and forces opening the solution if solution file
exists in the folder. I just want to build one project.

Rename PCRE solution file to be able to build just library project. Rename debug library to not have d-postix in name.

Fix PCRE project file.

Use relative paths instead of absolute paths. Remove custom rule.

Update PCRE to version 8.00.
