Crop application windows to their stack bounds.

We don't want applications to put their content outside of the area
designated by their stacks. However, we don't want to affect their
frames or task bounds. Instead, we crop their surfaces to the bounds
so they don't extend outside of the stack.

Display a dim layer preview when a task/window is dragged to the
edge of the screen. The task is launched/moved into the docked
stack if the user lets go while the preview dim layer is up.

Not showing hover menu for trivial selections.

Got a product decision today: if there are <= 1 running tasks,
don't show hover menu. This makes its invocation conditions
identical to the right-click case; unifying the code with that case.

Cherry-pick system theme rebase to fix square UI on round watches

Our system themes were based on configurations that were added post-
init of the system theme.

I96e695441543379e4d5fdf3cc6f18d9e6cf953b4 broke this, because there
was a race condition in the code for rebasing themes

If8fecde76d62738a8e55eddf898eafc468afdba2 (the cherry-picked commit)
fixes the race condition and adds the rebasing back in.

Avoid OOBE when AbsListView layout is out of sync with adapter

Views are not synchronized with adapter state until a layout pass
occurs, which may cause an OOBE if a list item is removed and an
accessibility node is obtained before the next layout pass.

This CL caches the item's enabled state on the bound view's layout
params, which allows us to avoid relying on the adapter to populate
accessibility nodes. It also aborts actions if the target position
is no longer valid.

Updates the documentation on AdapterView to reflect that the result
of getPositionForView() may not be synchronized with the adapter.

Regression introduced in I5bf77063252a5abae4e327f6fc42e607091749f9
where some policy for visiblity of tasks in freeform stacks was
added which ended up applying to other types of stacks. We now limit
the policy to just freeform tasks.

Implement EventStreamTrasformations for autoclick on mouse stop

The event stream transformer (AutoclickControlelr) observes motion
events from mouse in order to detect mouse movement. Once movement
is detected, a click event sequence gets scheduled with a delay. The
scheduled click gets rescheduled on every further detected mouse
movement, so the click is performed only when mouse movement stops.

Mouse movement detection has tolerance to jitter that may be caused
by user's poor motor control (that may prevent click ever being triggered
when mouse gets to target, or unwanted clicks when mouse is stationary).

Clicks are scheduled by posting delayed tasks to main loop. When
rescheduling click, previous tasks is not always removed and a new
created. Instead, if possible, new task is scheduled when previous,
delayed task is run. In order to do this, click scheduler keeps track
of scheduled click time and, when scheduled task is run, checks that
scheduled time is not greater than the current time (if it is, a new
delayed task is scheduled).

Detecting events from other input source types, or mouse events other
than movement (like clicks, scroll) cancels the scheduled click.

Showing hover menu.

This menu is shown when the user hovers the mouse over the app icon for 1 sec.
Then we show the task selection (launch) menu for all apps.
It's not yet clear what should be in that menu; currently I'm just making sure it's not empty.
