Introduce a way to turn a fullscreen window into freeform
Change the exitFreeformMode to toggleFreeformMode. Now the original
maximize button will work as maximize/restore button.

Adding validate before switch feature.
In CBRS DSDS mode, switching data to CBRS network will require
validation first. Adding a component of CellularNetworkValidator
to trigger the validation and pass the result back to PhoneSwitcher.

Start RenderThread earlier to preload Vulkan/EGL drivers
This CL should fix application startup regression for Vulkan
detected by "Hermetic Startup: EmptyActivity" test.
EGL drivers are loaded in a temp thread to leave more time
in RenderThread for other work. Loading EGL drivers
on the RenderThread may cause a perf regression.
Test: Ran cold-dropcache-test test.

Move getPhoneCount implementation back to TelephonyManager.
Moving it inside iTelephony creates problems. Some components call
getPhoneCount during initialization while iTelephony service is not
even running, which will cause phone process to crash.

Added visual affordance/handle for navigation bar
Added the handle that would sit at the bottom where the navigation bar
would be and off by default. Use prototype to make it visible. The bar
will also use color adaptation. Needed to fix null states when the
inflator would swap the normal home/back button layout with the handle.
Added the new 16dp overlay as the visual inset.

Adds android.media.HwAudioSource class
The new HwAudioSource (inherits PlayerBase) serves as a player backed by
a hardware audio source device.
Sample usage
```
HwAudioSource player = new HwAudioSource.Builder()
.setAudioDeviceInfo(deviceInfo)
.setAudioAttributes(new AudioAttributes.Builder()
.setUsage(AudioAttributes.USAGE_MEDIA)
.build())
.build();
player.start();
```

Rename PREFERRED_DATA_SUBID_CHANGE to ACTIVE_DATA_SUB_CHANGE
Redefine a PhoneStateListener event so that it reflects which
subscription is currently being used for Internet data. It could
be default user data subscription or currently active opportunistic
subscription.
