adds JS to save in local storage whether the user already clicked the
survey. The button appears only if they have not clicked it yet.

Remove nav toggle and up-nav for desktop size screens
and remove breadcrumbs for the Studio docs, because these are
not needed when there's only one level of "tabs"

Also deleted a strangely redundant screen-size declaration for the header-tabs visiblity.

For now this applies only to Studio docs (body.studio selector).
Later, we should update the Android templates to use a new class
in the body such as "no-global-nav" to trigger these styles

Revise API reference templates to make them compatible
with both DAC and DevSite. Includes a variety of cleanup and redesign.
Now prints method parameters and return values even if not documented in source.
Now prints return value data type.
Now prints method name as heading without arguments, then the full signature below.
New heading styles with more spacing and removed background color.

fix a few bugs in the studio download button behavior:
 - make button text always white (avoid blue on blue during hover)
 - revise logic to add the platform name to download button to avoid weird duplicity bug on small screens
 - remove the animation script when clicking download before agree because it reloaded the page (unkown cause)

Increasing MIPS emulator system image size and user-data image size

Size increase taken as a precaution against recent built breakage
due to lack of space on a number of targets (e.g. x86, ARM64).
System and user-data image sizes set to match currently most common
setup for the emulator: system image: 1.25gb, user-data image 700mb.

In ext4 filesystems, some blocks might be changed even being mounted
R/O, such as the superblock (block 0). We need to exclude such blocks
from integrity verification. Plus such blocks should always be
written to the target by copying instead of patching.
