TO bring AAPT2 behavior in-line with AAPT, <item> has a default

Fix AVD memory leak

The memory leak was caused by a lingering internal listener
that held a global ref to the AVD java object when the AVD is
infinite. As a result, the native VectorDrawable Tree can
not be destroyed, and therefore leak bitmaps.

This memory leak is fixed by removing all the internal listeners
for all the unfinished AVDs when the animation context is
destroyed.

Optimised hwui rounded corners shader

This is a ~2x performance increase for the rounded corners shader which
was previously shader limited even on many high-end GPUs. It simplifies
the calculations by pre-dividing by the radius, which also allows to
maintain mediump/FP16 precision (this improves performance and might
improve image quality on GPUs that don't support highp e.g. Mali-400).
It also uses a conditional in the shader to save much of the work on
the vast majority of pixels which are not close to the corners.

Test: manual - visual inspection on fugu (nexus player)

Fix ANR & Crash on Ryu

Fixes impossible dequeue crash as the wrong
start point of the frame was used. We need
to use the start point for RT, not the start
point for the frame.

Workaround for sysui ANR caused by what appears
to be a driver bug. Drivers with the bug
will have transiently higher memory usage.
Drivers without the bug will be unaffected.

Fix camera launch delay from Keyguard

When we launch the camera from the lockscreen, we launch a
trampoline activity that launches a real activity. Now, under
certain race conditions the trampoline activity was resumed but
then set to invisible immediately again such that the window
was never relayouted. Thus, the activity was stuck in
WAITING_RELAYOUT state in UnknownAppVisibilityController, leading
to a app transition timeout.

To fix this, we immediately remove the app from the unknown
visibility controller as soon as it gets set to invisible again.

Test: Set animation scale multiplier to 0, open camera, finish
activity by pressing back, turn off screen, launch camera via
double tap, observe no delay.

Fix up user switch flow a little.

- Remove the long click listeners since the deletion flow wasn't
  very discoverable or good anyway. Deletion is better accomplished
  in settings.
- The lock screen shows up immediately after user switch and gets
  called to be shown quite a few times in not very deterministic
  order. Now, we replace the user grid view with an infinite progress
  bar while the switch is in progress so it looks more natural.
- Switch the background to solid black like in the mocks.

Note that this does not fix the case of the lock screen showing up
briefly when switching using the notification shade. That will be
cleaned up when we replace that view with the UserGridView.

Test: Rebooted and verified lock screen still works fine.
