Cleaning up stack layout.

- Refactoring the layout to remove unused (and confusing) variables,
  reducing the number of calculations when updating min/max bounds, and
  allow more accurate tracking of stack positions (for attached views).
- Tweaking the transform for single-task stacks so that they behave
  better.
- Removing old, unused dismiss-all ui.

Update dock divider display info. whenever it changes.

The docked divider display info. was set on object creation and never
changed. This can hang the dock divider if the device rotation is
changed and the user moves the divider rapidly in and out of the
screen edge closer to the right. We now update the display info.
whenever it changes.

Connect the DHCP UDP socket to the server.

This makes it so that the socket cannot receive datagrams from
anybody except the DHCP server. This does not improve security,
because we never read from the UDP socket anyway, but it does

If interrupted during mMessageThread.join(), retry the join instead of
assuming the thread has joined and continuing.  Continuing to destroy
the context will cause a segfault when the message thread attempts to
use the destroyed context.

Prevents multiple-threads from accessing/changing member variables at
the same time that can lead to the app crashing.

Also, setName on ResizeFrameThread so we can easily find it in systrace.

Status & nav bars are always visible and opaque when freeform or docked
stack is visible

We still need to refactor the code to allow force opaque to be updated
independently for the status bar and nav. bar. Once that is done, the
status bar should be transcluent if freeform stack is visible and
docked stack isn't and the status bar should be opaque if freeform
& docked stack are both visible.

Fix flash due to not freezing screen when start/end resizing

Instead of freezing the entire screen, preserve the window's old
surface and put it on a layer that's above other windows (while
still below the screen rotation freeze layer). Only remove the
surface when animation starts after the new drawing is received.

Set device orientation for tests.

Some tests were failing in the lab based on device orientation:
In landscape mode, the TextView goes into ExtractEditTextMode.
This mode behaves a bit differently from typical TextView mode
and doesn't support accelerated drag selection (e.g. longpress+drag).

This CL adds OrientationUtil that allows test to specify the
orientation (portrait/landscape) that the test should run in.
This CL also fixes the failing tests.
