Adding getManagedUserBadgedDrawableForDensity() to PackageManager.

It allows badging an image regardless of of the user (no
user id parameter). The styling for managed users is applied.

This is useful for new cases where the existing functions
wouldn't badge the icon, but we need it.

Check if item is selectable before calling on click

This CL fixes a bug in ListView where it might call onClick on an
un-clickable if a new touch arrives before up timeout.

We could actually consider making child position non-changable
but that will change behavior. This seems safer approach.

If the screen is smaller than "small" then use the Holo picker layouts.
Unifies the SavedState between delegates so that we can seamlessly
transition between them during configuration changes. Pushes the
DatePickerSpinnerDelegate up to the same level as the calendar delegate.

Notification groups with only one child behave nicer when swiping

When swiping the last child of a group away the notification parent
is now swiped instead of the child, unless it is non-dismissable.

More sensible return code for Credentials.deleteAll

Was: result = True iff nDeleted != 0
Now: result = True iff nDeleted == nExisted

The most common reason you'd want to delete all credentials under an
alias is to be sure they no longer exist. The new contract gives a
way to do this without multiple IPCs to the same service.

Relaunch activity resumed if it got resumed before relaunching.

This fixes following scenario:
1) first activity starts second activity and expects results; first
activity gets paused;
2) second activity finishes and returns a result;
3) first activity is still paused and receives the result from the second
activity; first activty requests a local relaunch; relaunch gets
scheduled and is marked as launching paused (because the activity is
still paused)
4) first activity resumes;
5) first activity relaunches and finishes in paused state.

The fix makes it drop the information about launching paused if it is
local when it gets resumed in step 4.
