High-dpi version of "Google" search widget text.

Originally committed to Launcher as follows:

    Correct size for "Google" in search widget.

    Fixes http://b/issue?id=2100799 .

    Used official logo from creativelab.corp, specifically
    https://creativelab.corp.google.com/brandsite/logo-files/Glogo_flat_black.eps

    ...at 27% opacity, matching the original mdpi version.  Updated the mdpi
    version using the same source artwork so they're consistent.

better drag beha vior

Always have the AllAppsView visible, but have it draw nothing
when it shouldn't be visible.

This lets us do clean animations and not wait for GL to spool up.

onPrepareDialog() is called after a dialog was created/shown at least once. But
onPrepareDialog() does not mean the dialog will be shown. Thus Home would
sometimes lock itself without showing the dialog the user would normally use to
unlock the workspace.

Don't call SearchManager.isVisible() in Launcher.

SearchManager.isVisible() is a hidden method that should
not be used by applications. Also, SearchManager.stopSearch()
already checks whether the search dialog is visible before
tryinf to dimiss it, so the check in Launcher was redundant.
