Add shader program selection shortcut

Add a key manipulation that makes black text/paths use the standard
simple bitmap/patch shader, since they are the same. Previously we'd
create a separate shader for each because the keys differed, even
though the shaders were functionally equivalent.

Also fixes some issues around setting DEBUG_PROGRAM

ViewRootImpl needs to know when the native Surface objects changes
to recreate the EGL surface. A recent refactoring in Surface broke
the behavior of getGenerationId(). This simply restores the old
behavior (every change increments the generation ID by 1.)

Support 3D rotations when drawing text

If a perspective transform is set on the Canvas, drawText() should
not attempt to rasterize glyphs in screen space. This change uses
the old behavior instead (i.e. rasterize the glyphs at the native
font size and apply the transform on the resulting mesh.)

This change also adds an optimization: empty glyphs (spaces) do
not generate vertices anymore. This saves a lot of vertices in text
heavy applications such as Gmail.

Reorganize OpenGL renderer tests

The new UI works just like ApiDemos. The label of the activities
declared in the manifest defines where they go in the UI.

For instance Draw/Circles will create an entry called Draw in the
first screen of the test app. Click the "Draw" item will launch
a new activity containing an item called "Circles".

the screen. Upon the death of the shell process that started an
instrumentation in which a UiAutomation resides the connection

the instrumentation to introspect the screen even after the death
of the shell process.

Unify normal and overlay action bar layouts.

Switch the action bar to always use the overlay layout, and
make it smarter to do the right thing depending on whether the
action bar is in overlay mode or not.

This allows apps to use the system UI magic flags without
having to worry about whether the action bar is configured
in overlay mode or note -- just select a stable layout and it
will automatically go into overlay mode.

In the future this should also allow us to simplify the action
bar code, since it is all sitting on one common implementation.
For example, much of the logic in ActionBarImpl can be moved
to the root action bar layout, and that layout can be optimized
to do custom layout with all of the known elements it has.

Also fixed a little bug in the performance tests.

When scanning a single file, take .nomedia into account

Make scanSingleFile behave the same way as scanMtpFile, by taking into
account whether there's a .nomedia file guarding the file being scanned.
Without this, downloaded (or otherwise explicitly scanned) images/video/music
will appear in Gallery and Music even if a .nomedia file is hiding them.

Properly scale text

This change does not apply to drawPosText() and drawTextOnPath() yet.

Prior to this change, glyphs were always rasterized based on the
font size specified in the paint. All transforms were then applied
on the resulting texture. This creates rather ugly results when
text is scaled and/or rotated.

With this change, the font renderer will apply the current transform
matrix to the glyph before they are rasterized. This generates much
better looking results.

layers should lazily re-generate T-junction free geometry if the
transform becomes non-rectAsRect

Don't increment the paint's generation ID when drawing bitmaps

When the renderer draws a bitmap as part of a display list with an
alpha < 1.0f, the paint is temporarily modified to alter the opacity
of the bitmap. This has the side effect of increasing the paint's
generation ID counter which can break paint caching.

round subpixels up to next integer in measureText DO NOT MERGE

A common source of layout bugs we're seeing these days involves the
output of measureText() being fed into StaticLayout's constructor.
measureText() returns subpixel-accurate values, but StaticLayout only
takes integral bounds, resulting in the subpixel portion of the
bounds being truncated. This leaves StaticLayout with insufficient
space to layout the text that was just measured, causing all manner
of unexpected line breaks.

This could be causing issues elsewhere, as well. Until our text
pipeline is fully subpixel-perfect, it's best that measureText
guarantee that the value it returns will be sufficient to contain
the text, even if cast to int.

Track stack memory in MemoryInfo.

In /proc/pid/maps the main stack is identified as "[stack]". In Linux 3.4
thread stacks are identified as "[stack:<tid>]" where <tid> is the thread ID of
the thread using that stack. Add support in MemInfo's otherStats to track
memory being used by the stack.

Add sanity check on the length of the otherStats array.
Add detail messages to two null pointer exceptions.
