更改了求树的重心的代码实现，并为该条目添加了一道例题。

【更改了代码实现】
更改了“/图论/树上问题/树的重心”内求树的重心的代码，使得它可以方便的求出树的两个重心。
变量的命名参考了原代码的命名方式，但有稍做修改。代码码风以 Google 的代码规范为参考。
【添加了一道例题】
为“/图论/树上问题/树的重心”添加了一道来自 CodeForces 的题目作为习题。
题目难度不难（评分 *1700），可以用于练习求解树的重心和求解树上问题。
