BuildScript: Cleanup, build and copy Unicode version of heksedit dll (hekseditU.dll).

Docs: Clarify manual build tools installation documentation.

In Src/PreLink.bat, copy heksedit dlls to /Build/heksedit. The installer needs static (not per-target) folder from which to include files.

BuildScript: Find WinMerge root folder before accessing other files or components. This fixes running script from other folders than WinMerge root folder. Fix suggested by Matthias Mayer.

Revert copying changes in Src/PreLink.bat. Those copy commands were added and found out to work for others after long discussions. No need to fix something that is not broken.
