The https://github.com/WinMerge/winmerge-v2/commit/ee8a2d7e2f0cf74348b2231a231d23e721328a94 commit broke capital letters in Russian installer translation: ASCII codes for capital letters from А to Ю are off by 64. Additionally, the lowercase я became capital letter Я (ASCII code off by 32).
