* libbfd.c (bfd_seek): fix 'seek beyond EOF' error when writing
out a structure that is BFD_IN_MEMORY.

 Add padding to the last section when aligning it increases its size.

Support the g++ attribute init_priority in gcc 2.95.2 and later.
