AOD: Fix rotation during screen off (again)

Fixes another issue where the screen could rotate during the screen-off transition.
mAwake is still true during goingToSleep, but we should no longer play rotation
animations if we are going to sleep. Instead use the more appropriately named
okToAnimate.

Refurbish granting mechanism

Keystore stores key blobs in with filenames that include the symbolic
name and the uid of the owner. This behaviour should have been
completely opaque to the user keystore. However, the granting mechanism,
by which an app can allow another app to use one of its keys, leaked the
internal structure in that the grantee had to specify the key name with
the granter's uid prefix in order to use the granted key. This in turn
collided with prefix handling in other parts of the framework.

This patch refurbishes the granting mechanism such that keystore can
choose a name for the grant. It uses the original symbolic key name as
prefix and appends _KEYSTOREGRANT_<grant_no> where the grant_no is
chosen as first free slot starting from 0. Each uid has its own grant_no
space.

This changes the grant call such that it now returns a string, which is
the alias name of the newly created grant. The string is empty if the
grant operation failed.

As before apps can still mask granted keys by importing a key with the
exact same name including the added suffix. But everybody deserves the
right to shoot themselves in the foot if they really want to.

AOD: Skip prox check if cached prox value available

On AOD, we run the proximity sensor, so when a pulse comes in,
there is no need to wait for a new result. Instead, we can use
the existing value if available.

Batterystats: fix inappropriate bg timebase reset

Previously, the background timebases (of a Uid) were reset when the Uid
resets in the wrong place. This caused StopwatchTimer.reset() to have the timesbase's old value to keep
track of its mUpdateTime. The solution is to call TimeBase.init at the
start of Uid.reset(), instead of calling TimeBase.reset() at the end of
Uid.reset().

Determine power hint behavior based on target activity.

Previously, logic was added surrounding whether to trigger a power
hint based on the start activity. However, this activity is not
always relevant in the calling context.

This change adjusts the logic by passing the target activity into
the method.

Batterystats handles nested unoptimized ble scans

When a ble scan starts, it tells batterystats whether that scan is
unoptimized. When the scan stops, batterystats is not informed of
whether the stopped scan was unoptimized. Because the ble scan call
could not be nested (couldn't call start twice without stopping first),
this was fine, but now nesting is possible, so batterystats needs to
know whether the stopped ble scan is unoptimized.

Fix snapshots for dialogs

When taking a snapshot, always include the full stack bounds.

When showing a snapshot starting window, use the SystemUI flags
from the top fullscreen window in the task - this is the same way
as we do it when the real windows are going to be visible.

Flicker free screen-on from AOD

When pulsing from AOD, we force the display OFF first. This allows
us to transition smoothly from AOD.

Also, we add a scrim transition for whenever we are waking up from
dozing. This relies on I4f3a863709a970f0fc8682c0a0c3547886e1fd0f
which forces the DOZE -> ON transition through OFF first.

Also fixes the WAKE_AND_UNLOCK transition that happens when waking
up with the fingerprint sensor.

Also fix an issue where KeyguardViewMediator's mWakeAndUnlocking
was cleared in onScreenTurnedOff; this should have been added to
the wakefulness lifecycle instead and now that the AOD -> ON transtion
dispatches the screen off callback it broke the fingerprint unlock
transition.

Fix jank when switching themes

Turning overlays on and off takes time,
it also doesn't allow us to have fine control
over which view is using which theme.
Lock screen colors are now driven by themes.

- Removing code that cleared the pending options for an activity when it
  is fetched by the app.
- Only handle the first window-animation-started callback from the system
  when transitioning out of Recents.
- Add logic in Recents to disable toggling Recents while an activity
  transition has been requested (ie. activity started) and the transition
  actually starting. This prevents some cases where interleaving of the
  transition updates can occur while the app takes a long time to draw
  when it is resumed which could cause animation jumps and weirdness.

Currently, null is sent when a 2D intent is running.
Sending the component name and a flag instead allows
VrCore to determine which intent is currently running
and which layers on the display correspond to this
application.

The process ID of the current intent is also sent,
to allow association of buffers to the VR app.

Don't set AccessPoint with WifiInfo.INVALID_RSSI

This stops the RSSI of an AccessPoint object being updated from WifiInfo
for the current network, when that WifiInfo does not have a valid RSSI.
This occurs when attempting to connect to a network, and the connection
has not yet been established.
Fixes a UI bug where the signal strength would appear to be zero when
attempting to connect to something, or after failing to.
