We do not support higher order bound allocations. The
stride is not available to the script so they cannot
walk the allocation correctly.

Make brightness panel behave like volume panel.

Moves the brightness panel to the same spot as the volume panel. To avoid a conflict with the volume panel, brightness is dismissed when the volume keys are pressed.

If calling connect succeed, we should not see this NPE.
An IOException may happen after call BluetoothSocket.connect.
If you still call write after the IOException,
you will get this NPE.

To make bluetoothSocket more error-tolerant.

Got a little too aggressive about cleaning up service state; need to
avoid removing services from an app until we are in the second loop
doing the final cleanup, otherwise we can leave services around with
restarting their process.

This is caused by access fetchUuidsWithSdp after bluetooth is turned off.
We can add check null pointer for sService,
before call sService.fetchRemoteUuids(this) to fix this problem;
