In Microsoft Word, tracked changes such as "inserted" are no longer reported when track changes markup is not displayed.

Fixes #5566.

In Internet Explorer, the shoprite.com website can now be read in browse mode instead of reporting as blank. (Specifically, malformed lang attributes are now handled gracefully.)

Normally, the lang attribute should only contain specific characters, but it's entirely possible for an author to break this as is the case on this site. We must XML escape the language to avoid complete breakage where this happens.

NVDA no longer silently exits when closing a Windows command console with alt+f4 in Windows 10.

Fixes #5343.

When using a braille display and text is selected on the current line (e.g. when searching in a text editor for text which occurs on the same line), the braille display will be scrolled if appropriate.

On a pending caret move if there is no cursor, try to scroll the braille display to the selection.

* Move the marking of a selection to braille.Region.
* Add Region.brailleSelectionStart/End.
* If there is a selection but not a cursor, e.g. in a TextInfoRegion, scroll the braille display to the selection start.

In Internet Explorer and other MSHTML controls, moving to specific heading levels with single letter navigation now behaves as expected when the level of a heading is overridden for accessibility purposes (specifically, when aria-level overrides the level of an h tag).

Specifically:

* In the value lists  in the IterNodesByAttribs search dictionaries, None can now be included along side other values. I.e. Matches on these values or the absents of the attribute all together. Previously None could only be used by itself.
* When quick nav searching for a specific heading level, only match on a specific heading level tag if it does not have an aria-level.

Fixes #5434.

User Guide: Remove a spurious duplicate header line that somehow crept in.

In iTunes 12, browse mode now updates correctly when a new page loads in the iTunes Store.

Fixes #5191.
