Subject: [PATCH] Remove android.provider.Applications

ApplicationsProvider is going away since it's no longer needed. Remove
the related constants also.

Depends on change I6ee638a3d2b65f092d6f90410156d7cd24436914 in
packages/provider/ApplicationsProvider.
