Fix the weird blueprint file scheme. multilib is not necessary to build

Clean master's content to merge in bits ARC needs.

external/libffi is not used by anyone in master except ARC++ team, and
ARC++ team needs to use a different version of libffi. Therefore it's OK
to clean up old content, and merge in the version of libffi ARC++ uses.

Note external/libffi is not part of master's manifest.

Test: "ls -a" only shows ". .. .git".

[nyc-arc] Fix cheets-libffi compilation on ARM

This is a bug in LLVM: https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=20595 . It
was marked as WONTFIX and later fixed upstream in libffi in a different
way via https://github.com/libffi/libffi/commit/e7f15f60e but it does
not cleanly apply. Instead, use the fix mentioned in the LLVM bug
thread.

cheets-libffi: Fix compilation of 32-bit library on x86/x86_64

32-bit libffi requires different source files than 64-bit ones.
Moreover, regardless of target system, win32.S is always needed. Also
additional define is required to select code path supported by GNU
Assembler version provided by Android x86/x86_64 toolchain.

cheets-libffi: Symlink x86_64 include directory to x86

When building for x86_64, the include directory used is linux-x86_64,
however it currently does not exist. Since the contents are supposed to
be the same as x86, let's create a symlink.

cheets-libffi: Use assembly variant suitable for Android toolchain

Android AS does not seem to support the @ syntax, however seems to work
fine with code variants used when HAVE_AS_X86_PCREL is defined, so
let's define it and fix build failures.

cheets: Fix the cheets-libffi MODULE_LICENSE type

The AOSP repo identifies the libffi license to be a BSD-like license,
and since I started with it (but updated to a more recent version), I
inherited the MODULE_LICENSE_BSD_LIKE file.

I realized in checking over a change landed on the Chrome side where it
was added fresh that this needed to be fixed here.

This patch renames the file to MODULE_LICENSE_MIT to correctly set the

Remove host build rules for libffi, and no longer build it for x86
device targets.

The new recommendation for libffi usage is: Libffi is fine to use as a
means of bootstrapping your device build for a new architecture, but
you probably want to replace it with custom code before you ship. As
for a host build, if you need it (which isn't actually that likely),
you should use the libffi that comes with your platform or build it as
a normal library (e.g., download it and then "./configure; make
install").

Make libffi buildable for the host (target libffi-host), and make it
support darwin-x86.

The host-side build rules are protected by WITH_HOST_DALVIK, so as to
prevent it from building under normal circumstances. This change also
removes make target that runs all the tests, replacing it with a
bona fide shell script which now works for host builds (whereas the
old make target only worked for simulator builds).
