minigbm: Link amdgpuaddr for DRV_AMDGPU.

minigbm: Link amdgpuaddr for DRV_AMDGPU.

The amdgpu driver requires functions provided by amdgpuaddr:
  * AddrComputeSurfaceInfo
  * AddrConvertTileInfoToHW
  * AddrCreate
  * AddrDestroy

We need to link against amdgpuaddr when using this driver.
