Enable IntelHDMI audio HAL for x86

Fix incorrect formatted output conversion

The 64-bit compiler will warn and treat them as errors.

Use LOCAL_MODULE_RELATIVE_PATH instead of LOCAL_MODULE_PATH

This avoids conflict when we have x86+arm multilib build.

[HDMI Audio HAL] Fixes for changed Audio HAL API

Minor fixes needed to accomodate these changes to the API:
(1) audio_stream_frame_size is deprecated. Use
    audio_stream_out_frame_size instead
(2) Additional parameters added to open_input_stream and
    open_output_stream. Ignore these extra parameters for
    now
