New emulator-specific kernel images to support large framebuffers.

This allows the unmodified emulator binary to support 1024x768 or
even 1400x720 easily. Larger sizes will need additionnal changes
to the kernel.

To test it, use:

   emulator -skin 1024x768  <your-other-options>
android-arm/kernel/kernel-qemu diff | blob | history
android-arm/kernel/kernel-qemu-armv7 diff | blob | history
android-arm/kernel/vmlinux-qemu diff | blob | history
