To build EasyPG checked out from CVS, you will need newer versions of
autoconf & automake.

(0) checkout modules

  % cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.m17n.org:/cvs/root checkout epg

(1) create ./configure

  % autoreconf -f -i
