Robert Ruehlmann 氏に "They are annoying and make the already pretty
long character creation process even longer.  (中略) Stop pestering
me." と言われたので、キャラ生成時に「よろしいですか？」の質問で n と
Esc 以外は全部 y と見做して先に進むようにした。
ついでにバージョン番号上げ。
