IAccessibleHandler.accFocus: Don't call accChild for CHILDID_SELF.
Some implementations do return CHILDID_SELF and we end up in an endless loop when this happens because the objeccts appear different each time, even though we're actually getting different pointers to the same accessible.
This fix means that NVDA no longer freezes when using Asian character input in some .NET applications.
Fixes #3005.

comHelper.getActiveObject: uiAccess privileges also seem to cause issues when searching for ProgIDs registered in HKCU, so try in a slave process for CO_E_CLASSSTRING as well.

Fix for #3092: allow copying of user settings to the system config if the user profile contains non-ascii characters.

Update to eSpeak 1.47.04.

Again fixed #3106 - use the correct ssml markup for eSpeak when speaking single characters. eSpeak 1.47.04 speaks Chinese characters properly again.

Backed out 5980 (fix for #3106 - eSpeak characterMode fix) as it causes all chinese letters, when using an eSpeak chinese voice to be announced as values rather than pronouncing the chinese letter properly.

Fix issue with Chinese input in PowerPoint where finalizing a composition would cause the slide, shape and edit field to be spoken, rather than just the finalized composition like in all other applications.
Specifically:
* Add a new focusRedirect property to the base NVDAObject which by default is None. This object should give back an alternative object which should be treeted as the focus if focus ever is given to this original object. This property for now is specifically to fix the PowerPoint issue but in future may be used in other places to replace pointless focus events that bounce all over the place.
* NVDAObject.objectWithFocus(): Once the NVDAObject has been instanciated, see if this object has a focusRedirect object and if so return that instead.
* PowerPoint appModule's DocumentWindow NVDAObject: implement focusRedirect to give back the selection object (e.g. an edit field when editing a shape).

eSpeak synthDriver:  when speaking characters in character mode, use the correct ssml markup that eSpeak understands, rather than a Microsoft variant which never worked. eSpeak will now announce the value of unknown letters rather than just 'symbol' or 'letter' due to this change. Fixes #3106

Move support for the Chromium browser and its derivatives into the NVDAObjects package so that it is supported wherever it is encountered.
The app module for Google Chrome and the app modules for several derivative browsers are no longer required.
More importantly, this means the Chromium Embedded Framework is now supported.
Fixes #3108.

Microsoft word: don't expose a language for format changes that only contains whitepsace. This is mostly needed as MS Word only marks east-asian characters (not whitespace) as an asian language, and it falls back to english US or another european langage for whitepsace. Now all whitespace has no language and therefore NVDA uses the synth or interface language. A fix for #2047

espeak: Use only the file name for all voice identifiers; i.e. strip the directory.
eSpeak will find the correct directory itself.
This avoids problems when voices move into a different directory, as has happened for a lot of voices in 1.47 and which also happens whenever a voice is promoted from test status.

SynthDriver.loadSettings: Catch any exception from setting the voice property, not just LookupError.
A broken voice is the same as a non-existent voice as far as we're concerned and no synth currently raises LookupError anyway.

espeak: If an invalid voice is set, make sure the invalid voice isn't returned when the voice property is retrieved.

If NVDA falls back to no braille due to the configured braille display failing when NVDA starts, the configured display is no longer automatically set to no braille. This means that now, the original display will be tried again next time NVDA starts.
