* Record '#author' line that shows text modified date and author
* Implement auth username prefix that shows its auth provider
  * Default list: 'default:', 'ldap:' and 'external:'
* Recoard Full name of author, it is included on '#author' info
* backup list shows its authors
* Hide author info when user edit wiki text
