Hdmi: Remove unused variables and functions

For build-system CFLAGS clean-up, remove unused variables and
functions.

[HDMI Audio HAL] Fixes for changed Audio HAL API

Minor fixes needed to accomodate these changes to the API:
(1) audio_stream_frame_size is deprecated. Use
    audio_stream_out_frame_size instead
(2) Additional parameters added to open_input_stream and
    open_output_stream. Ignore these extra parameters for
    now
