   1 This directory contains 'cygtermd', a small and specialist Telnet\r
   2 server designed to act as middleware between PuTTY and a Cygwin shell\r
   3 session running on the same machine, so that PuTTY can act as an\r
   4 xterm-alike for Cygwin.\r

   6 To install it, you must compile it from source using Cygwin gcc,\r
   7 install it in Cygwin's /bin, and configure PuTTY to use it as a local\r
