testing: modernize bigimage.ora

Looks like it was saved with mypaint < 0.9.1, thus lacking the
background_tile attribute.

This obviously has an influence on the benchmarks:
load_ora: 2.08 --> 1.13
memory_zoomed_out_5x: 194k --> 169k
