In Windows 10, NVDA no longer sometimes freezes when using object navigation directly beneath the Desktop window.

This was due to displayModel being used when the searchui or shellexperiencehost processes were suspended.

UIA NVDAObject parent property: If neither self nor parent have a window handle themselves, their nearest window handle will be the same, so cache this on the parent. Slight performance improvement in Windows 10 File Explorer.

UIAHandler.getNearestWindowHandle: Cache the result and use the cache for any future call. This yields a noticeable performance improvement in Windows 10 Task View and File Explorer.

lockapp: Actually, don't allow toggling braille tether, since this affects user config.

User Guide: Note support for Windows 10 in system requirements. Sorry translators!

On the Windows 10 lock screen, it is no longer possible to read the clipboard, access running applications with the review cursor, change NVDA configuration, etc.

Also, NVDA no longer says "LockAppHostFrameWindow" just before the lock screen appears.
Fixes #5269.

In Windows 10, NVDA no longer reports "unknown" after pressing alt+tab.
