PowerPoint app module: changeSelection script: Don't bother trying to handle the change if there is a script waiting.

This improves performance when rapidly pressing or holding down keys that change the selection.

User Guide: Screen Review: Remove the word "deepest".

It's technically accurate, but confusing for new users. The idea should be clear enough anyway; it wouldn't make sense to move to the shallowest object.

minHook is now included as a git submodule. You must do a git submodule update to fetch it the first time.

Correctly detect next selected slide when deleting a slide in PowerPoint's thumbnails view. Fixes #3415.

Specifically:
 * bind documentwindow's selectionChange script to delete and backspace.
 * Slide NVDAObject's name property: catch COMError when fetching slideNumber (this was already done for title)

In Microsoft PowerPoint, objects are no longer sometimes spoken twice when you select them or choose to edit them.

A COM event can cause handleSelection to run within itself. Therefore, just return if it's already running.
Also, use lastQueuedFocusObject, as it's more direct than using getFocusObject and isPendingEvents.
Fixes #3394.

PowerPoint slide show treeInterceptor TextInfo: implement _getOffsetsFromNVDAObject at least to handle the rootNVDAObject. For anything else raise LookupError. Fixes #3404

In Internet Explorer, It is again not necessary to press tab to interact with an embedded object (such as Flash content) after pressing enter on it.

Previously, the code assumed that all objects that *might* be Flash were definitely not MSHTML. However, after the change to support Flash in Windows 8 IE, this assumption is incorrect.
Fixes #3364.

Zend Eclipse PHP Developer Tools now functions the same as Eclipse.

Fixes #3353.

api.setNavigatorObject: if the navigator object is set to an object inside a treeInterceptor who's passThrough is not on, and the reviewMode is object, force the review mode to document. Also improve the rule where reivewMode is set to object outside of any treeInterceptor by also including a treeInterceptor who's passThrough is turned on.

Updated liblouis braille translator to 2.5.3.

This provides the following improvements:
* New braille translation tables: English (U.K.) computer braille, Korean grade 2, Russian braille for computer code.
* Multiple spaces are no longer compressed to just one space on braille displays.

Add 'Button' to bad UIA window classes as it seems to fix a freeze when using Japanese and Chinese Office 2010 IME in some dialogs. Fixes #3064

Better handle review modes in regards to current and changing value of passThrough on treeInterceptors.

Specifically:
 * review.handleCaretMove: if trying to set with a position in a treeInterceptor, yet passThrough is on, ignore the request completely. This means that when the selection changes in a virtualBuffer (perhaps due to a focus change) while passThrough is enabled, the review mode will not be incorrectly set to document nor will the review cursor be moved to treeInterceptor text content.
 * TreeInterceptor._set_passThrough: if the navigator object is in this treeInterceptor and the review mode is object, then turning off passThrough should force document review.  There is also no longer a need to move the navigator object to the root of the treeInterceptor.
 *  TreeInterceptor._set_passThrough: if focus is in this treeInterceptor and review mode is document, turning on passThrough should force object review

Outlook 2010 auto completes now work due to now using MSAA, not UIA in this situation. Fixes #2816

Specifically: UIAHandler: treet a window with a class of NetUIHWND who's root window's class is Net UI Tool Window, as having a bad UIA implementation (we will fallback to IAccessible).
At the same time, slightly restructure UIAHandler.handler.isUIAWindow moving the choice logic in to a new _isUIAWindowHelper function, so as to not get confused by the outer cashing code.

Outlook appModule: handle auto complete in Outlook 2010 (window class and role are different to Outlook 2007). Note: changes to UIAHandler still needed in future commit.

Merge branch 't3307' - Add support for other Bluetooth-enabled Focus Braille Displays from Freedom Scientific. Fixes #3307.

If the Add-ons Manager is already open, activating it again (either from the Tools menu or by opening an add-on file) no longer fails or makes it impossible to close the Add-ons Manager. Fixes #3351.

AddonsDialog was already a singleton, but the constructor was being called even when there was already an instance, which was causing all sorts of breakage.
Re #3351.

_UIAHandler: add 'EXCEL7' to list of bad UIA window classes, which allows correct focus tracking in Excel 2013 spreadsheets. Fixes #3360

Edit NVDAObject: when fetching the label for an embedded object and display model must be used, work around a bug in Outlook Express where ITextRange.getPoint provides incorrect coordinates when the range is expanded exactly on the embedded object. Fixes #3359.

 If the left coordiante seems to be equal or past the right coordinate, then this is wrong and we can collapse the range and try again.

 Also added more comments to remind us in what situations this code is used.

_UIAHandler.UIAHandler.isNativeUIAElement: Always fall back to the nearest ancestor window handle if the element's window handle is unspecified.

Previously, this was restricted to elements which were MSAA or annotation proxies. This was done to work around the IE 9 downloads list, but caused other headaches.
Instead, implement an explicit exception for the IE 9 downloads list.
Fixes #3354.

CompoundDocument caret event: Use new review.handleCaretMove instead of handling this the old way.

What's New: Linguistic fixes and removal of duplicate entry.

Add docstring to config.getUserDefaultConfigPath which suggests that most callers actually want globalVars.appArgs.configPath.

User Guide: Fix error in description of Switch to previous review mode command.

Set ADDONS_URL to addons.nvda-project.org. Now addons web site can be opened in Spanish or other languages, depending on the web brouse preferences, not on NVDA's current language.

Explicitly include the bisect module in binary builds.

It was implicitly included with Python 2.7.3, but isn't with 2.7.5. It needs to be included for now so we don't break add-ons with too little warning.

UIA: treet UIA window elements with a UIA class name of NUIDialog as dialogs. Allows automatic reading of confirmation dialogs in Office 2013.
