LDP: Replace '引き数' with '引数' (follow-up #2)

Some draft pages dropped from LDP man-pages are not cleanup properly.
Some of such pages include '引き数'. This commit replaces such ones.
Note that these pages need to be clean up later.

'引数' is more common terminology as translation of "argument".
We have a rough consensus on using '引数'.
In LDP man-pages translations, multiple manpages are maintained
by one po4a PO file, so it is better to replace it together.
